I loved creating this journal for busy moms still desiring somehow to journal to their kiddos during these busy years and capture those fleeting moments.

My top three takeaways:

1. You can be intentional about journaling in the most simple way — just a paragraph daily, weekly or monthly — whatever fits your desire to write.
2. There is no guessing on what to write; there are prompts to help guide you.
3. It helps connect you to the child during those years because you capture changes, no matter how tiny or big. It allows you to take the time to reflect on the kiddo.
